The Types of Service

Holy Communion  - a service including the celebration of Holy Communion with the sharing of the bread and the wine

United Communion - a service where all of the parish community come together to celebrate Holy Communion in the same church

Family Service  - a service suitable for all ages, including those with children 

Alive @ 5  - an informal and very varied and usually participative style of worship and prayer

Songs of Praise - a joyful celebration of worship with much singing  

Informal Worship   - a less formal style of morning service

Cushion Church - a service ideal for those with young children with craft activities and simple songs

Morning Prayer  - a traditional morning service

Evensong - a traditional form of evening worship

Healing Service - a service which includes prayers and the laying on of hands for those who like to receive it, either for themselves or on behalf of another person.
