Prayer Requests for those in Need Across the parish we are often asked to pray for someone in need, whether in sickness or for other circumstances. Please let your Church Steward know of anyone who would like to be prayed for. Please ensure that each person has given their permission, as names only will be listed on the Weekly Bulletin. No details of the person will be printed: just our trust that the power of prayer will support and encourage those in need. Contact details for the Church Stewards may be found here.
THE PASTORAL Helping others by listening, responding and providing caring support We are a group of church people from each village in the parish who provide a confidential listening and visiting service. We can provide friendly support at a time of sickness, bereavement, or family concerns or in preparation for an event like baptism or thanksgiving. We also have useful information on caring services, bereavement support, helping agencies and other local contacts.
